		<description>Thanks Ben.  You are right, the concept of WIN WIN requires that you don&#039;t compare yourself with others.  It also requires that you don&#039;t compare HOW much you win with HOW much the other person wins.  That&#039;s not important.  What is important is that both sides WIN!</description>

		<description>This is a good corollary to the &quot;Think Win/Win&quot; mentality.  If you constantly compare yourself to others you are thinking Win/Lose or Lose/Win all the time.  I really like this post.  I think your summary of learning from those more successful than you and teaching those less is really good.  Even by teaching, you are re-enforcing in your mind what you already know.  It&#039;s a great mindset to have.  Thanks.</description>
