Thanks Ben. You are right, the concept of WIN WIN requires that you don’t compare yourself with others. It also requires that you don’t compare HOW much you win with HOW much the other person wins. That’s not important. What is important is that both sides WIN!

This is a good corollary to the “Think Win/Win” mentality. If you constantly compare yourself to others you are thinking Win/Lose or Lose/Win all the time. I really like this post. I think your summary of learning from those more successful than you and teaching those less is really good. Even by teaching, you are re-enforcing in your mind what you already know. It’s a great mindset to have. Thanks.
