what a great article,
i am a music major in college, and one of the things that is required of me is to practice alot. i find that i have been very inconsistent with my schedule. some days i'll practice a whole lot, then other days i wont practice any. one of the things that i have learned from this article is that i need to schedule each day a practice time, and not over load myself only on a few days a get burned out. thanks for the inspiration!

This is a great article and I really needed it right now.
You are right when you say 'trying' to be consistent is not enough - you have to actually do it day in day out and make a commitment to stick to it.
Thanks
