		<description>The pain-pleasure principle is one of my favorites in psychology/biology/whatever. I find it sad the few people understand it and know how to use it to their advantage. So when they don&#039;t like something, they avoid it (procrastination) or just brutally force themselves into it. In my perspective, it&#039;s no way to go.
