		<description>Thanks for the great links.  I really liked the Zen Habits and Outliers articles. However, my favorite was the one you wrote on Resumes!  I&#039;m looking for work, so this post was quite timely.  There&#039;s this job I really want that I&#039;ve already applied to twice, yet I haven&#039;t gotten an interview.  I&#039;m going to tweak my resume so that it stresses the benefits of hiring me.  It&#039;s such an obvious tip, but I think it will help. Thanks!
